EmergenciesThe EMS 911 Family Care Group Physicians may be reached in case of an emergency by calling the office number. In the event the office is closed, your call will automatically transfer to the answering service. The Answering Service, a professionally trained staff, may ask the nature of your call or current health problem. This information will be given to the physician upon notification of your call. Your Family Care Group Physician or another competent and courteous physician is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Should a Life threatening event occur at home or in the community, call the EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE (911) and request that you be taken to Audubon Hospital, Kosair Children's Hospital, or the hospital required by your Health Insurance Plan.
