Prescription RefillsIf you are calling in reference to a prescription, we also encourage you to be prepared. You should have the phone number of the pharmacy, and the name of the medication you are requesting. Calculate in advance when you may need a refill on medicine prescribed by our doctors. Prescriptions by phone will be limited to small amounts for short term relief until you can be seen. WE DO NOT PRESCRIBE ANTIBIOTICS, OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES (NARCOTICS, DIET PILLS OR TRANQUILIZERS) by phone. However, we will refill prescription for chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, epilepsy, allergies and asthma provided your doctor is following your problem regularly.
